There have been many revisions to the 100-mile BDB100 route this year, but I've finally made a route map at www.mapmyride.com. You can click HERE to view the route directly.

The Little Rock/North Little Rock River Trail is a paved and mostly dedicated bike trail that goes from downtown NLR to the Big Dam Bridge over the Arkansas river and continues on almost to downtown LR. The River Trail is very popular with PEC students and a great place to ride. To reach the trail from PEC simply leave the main gate, head down Military Road, pass the Burns Park golf course, and you are there. You can park at the Soccer Fields to the right or at the boat dock to the left.

Camp Robinson is home to the Central Arkansas Recreation Peddlers (CARP) trails, some of the best in the state. These trails are easily accessible by students visiting the Professional Education Center. Simply travel west down Missouri Avenue to the airfield, follow the road left, then turn right at the stop sign (or take Kansas west to Nebraska). The pavement will curve to the right, but a dirt road will continue on. Take the dirt road and park in the lot to your right.
More information, including some rather dated maps are available at www.carpclub.com
As if the CARP trails aren't enough, Burns Park has some really good trails of its own. From PEC go out the main gate and continue on Military road up the hill and turn right onto Joe Poch. Follow Joe Poch over the Interstate and up the hill to the Boy Scout Trail parking lot.
