The Transfer

Put your sanitized siphon into the cooled wort and transfer to your fermenter
Once the wort is cooled put in your sanitized siphon.


Start siphoning your cooled wort into your sanitized fermenter.  Once you are finished, aerate your wort (I'll add a page for that later) and pitch your yeast.  Now you are ready for cleanup.
